Your Home Estate Realty is a new type of non-traditional Real Estate Firm.

Traditional firms opperate from an office location where clients generally go there to consult with an agent, meet there to go view properties with agents, sign documents, and wait during the negotiation process.

Web-based Real Estate Firms operate at lower costs and conduct most of their business througth a web page or portal.  Clients go to the website to search for properties, find an agent, and much communication can be done through email.

Your Home Estate uses the advantage of both.  Agents work out of their own home offices that can be used to receive clients and process all of the paperwork necessary for any real estate transaction.  The Your Home Estate website is also a place where clients can go to search the MLS for properties, contact an agent, and use email as one means of contacting the firm and the Broker directly, which is not practiced by other firms.

Salesperson License

• 0-2 years experience earns 50%
• 2-5 years experience earns 60%
• 5-10 yars experience earns 70%
• 10-20 years experience earns 80%
• 20+ years experience earns 90%

Broker License

• 0-2 years experience earns 55%
• 2-5 years experience earns 65%
• 5-10 yars experience earns 75%
• 10-20 years experience earns 85%
• 20+ years experience earns 95%

Office based real estate firms generally stick to an unballanced commission model as the employing Broker has to pay for much overhead in office space, utilities, equipment, support staff, and advertising.

Web-based real estate firms have little to no overhead as they have no office space and require salesagents to pay for insurance, advertising materials, supplies, equipment, and generally charge agents transaction fees instead of pay commissions. 

Although many web-based firms advertise that 100% commissions are paid to salesagents, this is not true.  When all of the fees that go along with this type of agency are added up, including self advertising, then agents will realize that they are actuially making between 60-85% commissions.  However, web-based firms must hire hundreds and sometimes thousands of salesagents in order to be profitable, which means that salesagents do not get personalized training, assistance, and advise from their brokers and with less support, are likely to make costly mistakes that may open themselves up to litigation.
