Your Home Estate is a firm dedicated to customer service and professional
integrity.  Your Home Estate is a web and technology based Real Estate firm
providing services in Southern California.

The goal is to provide the very best customer service by real estate agents
who are firmly committed to honesty, integrity, and service (H.I.S.) principles.  
In order to accomplish this we offer sales agents competitive commission
rates without charging you any fees.

Technology allows agents to conduct business at virtually any location,
usually at the customer’s home or place of business.  It also allows me, as a
Broker, to review and approve agent contracts from virtually any computer.  
Since I operate my firm from my own home office location in the
Corona/Norco area of Riverside County, I do not have the overhead of
leasing commercial office space and do not pay franchising fees to use
someone’s business name, which means I can pass those cost savings to my
agents in the form of higher commissions.

Commissions are based on 6% contract agreements providing 3%
commission splits to Agents.  Contracts providing alternate compensation will
be determined by Your Home Estate policy.  In addition, there will be
opportunities for top performers to earn even higher commission splits.

I provide employees (independent contractors) with the tools they need to
prospect for new customers, promote themselves as a Your Home Estate
agent, and the support needed to serve clients.  Your Home Estate is
committed to brand advertising on the web, in local newspapers, and on local
radio.  Additional plans for Your Home Estate advertising include web based
email marketing services, promotions, automated referrals to Your Home
Estate agents, upgraded website animations, and streaming video.
