My name is Shayne LaMont and I am the Broker Owner
of Your Home Estate, a new real estate firm serving
Southern California. Your Home Estate is a firm for
real estate professionals that desire higher
commissions and work independently from of a home
based office. More professionals are setting up home
based offices in order to save travel time and money
spent on commuting to and from an office location.
Technology allows agents to conduct business at
virtually any location, usually at the customer’s home or
place of business. It also allows me, as a Broker, to
review and approve agent contracts from virtually any
computer.
Since I operate my firm from my own home office
location in the Corona/Norco area of Riverside County,
I do not have the overhead of leasing commercial office
space and do not pay franchising fees to use someone’
s business name, which means I can pass those cost
savings to my agents in the form of higher commissions.
